the air conditioning unit in the standard double or twin room was excessively noisy. it disrupted sleep. the breakfast area lacked natural light because it was situated in the basement. this made for a gloomy start to the day.

the hotel is located conveniently near transport links. it was easy to reach from the airport bus stop. i also found several shops and restaurants within walking distance. the breakfast offered a wide selection of dishes.
the room's air conditioning unit did not work properly. it struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature. i found this made the room stuffy. the minibar was not cooling items effectively it seemed to be a hotel-wide issue.

The breakfast offered sparkling wine. It was a good touch. the breakfast area itself felt spacious and beautifully decorated. i found the tapas bar a real treat with a nice location within the hotel, near a charming part of the lobby. inga and roberts at reception showed great attentiveness, working hard to be helpful.
i did notice one very tiny thing, a receptionist seemed a little annoyed, but honestly, i was too happy to care much.

The reception staff was very polite and helpful. They answered all questions during check-in and check-out efficiently. The hotel restaurant offered good food and service. The included breakfast had a good variety of options. The comfortable beds helped ensure a restful sleep.
