mixed experience due to cleanliness and noise issues
bathroom debris constant noise
the location was acceptable being in the center of the old town.
My assigned room was not adequately cleaned, i found hair and debris in the bathroom sink and shower. noise from both inside and outside the building was constant and loud. I was awakened early in the morning by street noise and furniture scraping.

wonderful stay in a superb hotel
central location modern decor friendly staff excellent coffee
The hotel location was great, very close to many shops and restaurants. The room had modern decor and was also spacious. The staff were friendly AND helpful. There was also a coffee shop in the lobby, it had excellent coffee.
The parking Was far from the hotel.

acceptable stay overall

the location was quite good. breakfast was well presented. reception desk employees were helpful.
the executive double room had two single beds pushed together. this setup included two separate mattresses topped with a double mattress topper. it reminded me of my partner and i could not sleep together comfortably because of this.

I found the location convenient for exploring. the room's coffee machine and mini bar were great additions. the beds provided amazing comfort. I slept soundly.
i experienced some inconvenience because reception staff were inflexible.

Really good Stay in Historical Setting
superb location friendly staff
The location is superb for exploring this beautiful city. I enjoyed a plentiful breakfast each morning (especially the fresh pastries!). The staff were always friendly and helpful with information, even providing a city map. The bed was very comfortable and ensured a restful sleep each night.
My room lacked an elevator, requiring me to carry luggage up steep stairs to the third floor.

Breakfast offered a great variety of foods, served in a connecting building that doubles as a bar and restaurant. Seating was readily available both inside and outside, and everything seemed freshly prepared.

The suite was spacious and well-equipped, with modern amenities and spotlessly clean surroundings. The room included all necessary items for a comfortable and extended stay (I really appreciated the extra space!).
