the location is superb. it is right next to the station, a great convenience. the team was cute and friendly. complimentary coffee, fruit, and sweets were nice touches.

the design of room isnt very cool. there was no window, and big poster of dog was a little weird.

The location is fantastic! it is literally right next to zuid station for metro, train, and tram connections. i also enjoyed the complimentary hot drinks machine. It was available for use anytime. the check-in and check-out processes went very smoothly..

the room was very minimal. there wasn't a wardrobe, only a clothes rack. i also missed having a bedside table , as it would have been useful.

The hotel is in a really great spot. It's very close to the zuid station. this makes traveling very convenient. i found many convenient food stores nearby within walking distance. it's outside the hustle but close enough for a quick train ride to the city center.

the check-in experience was not ideal! i had a non-cancellable reservation. i was asked to pay again for the room, tax, and breakfast. it took about twenty minutes at the reception to sort out the payment.

i ordered breakfast a couple of times, and while the selection wasn't huge, everything i needed was available. there was also a zone in front of the reception where guests could sit and drink delicious free tea.

the hotel is located near metro lines and tram stops making it easy to move around. the staff was always ready to take care of their guests with kindness and efficiency. the atmosphere was calm and nice.
