the room i booked, a superior twin room, was smaller than expected. the photos presented online gave a false impression of space. also, i found the air conditioning to be ineffective. it struggled to cool the room, made for an uncomfortable night.

The front desk staff was super friendly! The room was super clean and lovely. it had a nice street view. The hotel gave us everything we needed for our stay. Amenities were very generous.

It needs some love! Cups in the room weren't cleaned properly, and slippers were missing. I noticed those small details.

The staff was lovely and approachable. The room was comfortable. I also found complimentary tea, coffee, and fruit available throughout the day, very nice.

My room was quite small, especially considering the price. I noticed some hairs on the floor so the cleaning wasn't perfect. The towel hangers in the bathroom were also a problem, often falling off.

The staff was attentive and offered excellent recommendations for local dining. I especially enjoyed the convenient coffee machine in the lobby, it provided fresh coffee throughout the day. The room was clean and well-kept. The location near the Concertgebouw made it easy to attend a concert.

The bathroom felt a bit small. The shower lacked a full enclosure, this caused some water spillage.
