The front desk staff was super friendly! The room was super clean and lovely. it had a nice street view. The hotel gave us everything we needed for our stay. Amenities were very generous.

Decent Hotel with a Few Minor Issues

helpful staff comfortable room complimentary refreshment small room poor cleaning unstable hanger

The staff was lovely and approachable. The room was comfortable. I also found complimentary tea, coffee, and fruit available throughout the day, very nice.

My room was quite small, especially considering the price. I noticed some hairs on the floor so the cleaning wasn't perfect. The towel hangers in the bathroom were also a problem, often falling off.

Romantic Stay in Quiet Serenity

excellent recommendations convenient machine fresh coffee

The staff was attentive and offered excellent recommendations for local dining. I especially enjoyed the convenient coffee machine in the lobby, it provided fresh coffee throughout the day. The room was clean and well-kept. The location near the Concertgebouw made it easy to attend a concert.

The bathroom felt a bit small. The shower lacked a full enclosure, this caused some water spillage.

Service

The reception staff were helpful and cute. They kindly stored our luggage upon arrival. The team offered us refreshing hot drinks after our journey, so appreciated. They provided local tips and directions when asked.
