i found the reception staff particularly friendly and helpful. the hotel's location is very convenient, a short walk from the central station. my room, though a single room, was quiet and clean as i requested. the little bathroom (it had a shower) was also very nice.
The room did get a bit warm. I would have liked better air management.

The staff offered luggage storage both before check-in and after check-out, a great service for those with travel plans. they are kind and gave information. I felt well cared for during my short stay (the staff.).

staff were kind. harry were very good too. i really enjoyed the stay here. this hotel has one of the best locations. it is close to centraal station with transport links everywhere.
the room was too expensive for such a small room. it is located on a busy street and there is almost no soundproofing. i reminded me of i was outside.

the hotel provided lift access to the second floor, and i noted it solved any mobility concerns. the reception was gentle, and it allowed guests to fetch hot water for tea anytime, very handy.

the breakfast service included gluten free buns. the breakfast offered many vegetarian options, an unexpected plus. i found time allocated for breakfast was ample, and that was a nice detail.

the location was excellent. i was close to the central train station and many attractions. i found the breakfast sufficient to begin my day. the beds were very comfy and tidy.
The hotel's elevator is small. It barely has space for one person and their luggage.
