soft mattress dry bread

the location was acceptable since it was close to attractions

the bed was too soft I expected a firmer mattress. the breakfast was poor with dry bread i found that unacceptable. the cleaning was not thorough i had to clean the bathroom myself it was frustrating

easy check-in smooth luggage

the hotel sits so centrally! transportation is awesome as a bus stop is just around the corner to take you around the city the front desk was super cute, check-in was smooth and luggage drop off was easy

convenient location easy access caring staff broken air conditioning no compensation poor apology

The location was quite convenient. i could easily walk to many attractions and shopping areas within fifteen minutes. it was also simple to use uber for longer trips. I appreciated this convenience. the staff showed genuine care and tried to.

the air conditioning did not work, and the room became very hot. i reported this to reception, and they said a technician would arrive soon. there was no offer of compensation or a proper apology. the absence of air conditioning definitely detracted from my stay.

the location was good for seeing things, trams stopped nearby.

the air conditioning didn't work. my room was hot, which gave me a sleepless night. the reception desk didn't really apologize or offer to make it right.

ineffective air conditioning questionable cleanliness expired butter

the advertised air conditioning was ineffective it only blew air. cleanliness was also a concern with questionable standards from the cleaning staff. i found expired butter served at breakfast its expiry date was scratched off a clear attempt to conceal it.
