early check-in friendly staff central location warm room

The staff let me check in early. This action was helpful after my travel. I found great customer service. The team was friendly. The hotel location proved central. The room was quiet. I received a twin room with its own bathroom. This. The room was simple. It was also clean. The shower worked well. I felt this exceeded my expectation. I found the room warm. It had a lovely shower. The TV worked fine. I liked the bed.

friendly staff generous upgrade

The staff were friendly. I received an upgrade, so I did not have to share a bathroom (it was very generous of them).

The shower waste was blocked.

i was upgraded to a twin room en suite. it made it even better value for money. the bed was comfortable and the shower was decent. it was centrally located and quiet.

the tv remote stopped working. it acknowledged i was pressing the button. it was not responding. it was annoying.
