I found the room adequately clean. The bedding was super clean, which mattered most to me. I slept well because the bed offered decent comfort. The adjustable heating was useful , and I could set a pleasant temperature. Clear exits gave me additional reassurance.

The owner was super friendly and helpful! I needed directions to the nearest pizza shop ,and he pointed me to a great spot just five minutes away. There is also a convenient pub next door ,and a Co-op is only five minutes away too. I thought the location was very useful.

I did notice the towels had some bleach stains, but honestly , it wasn't a big deal for me.

the location was near the train station (farncombe station is nearby). the bed was comfortable. i found the staff to be helpful.

wifi was only available downstairs. it did not reach my room upstairs.
