easy access comfortable bed clean room
The location allowed easy access to guildford. the bed provided comfort. the room was clean. I would stay again.
the car park behind the building used a passageway too small for a normal car.

super clean bedding decent comfort adjustable heating clear exits
I found the room adequately clean. The bedding was super clean, which mattered most to me. I slept well because the bed offered decent comfort. The adjustable heating was useful , and I could set a pleasant temperature. Clear exits gave me additional reassurance.
Access to the rear parking is via a narrow passage.

The room was a good size with tea and coffee making items, a firm bed, and enough pillows. I appreciated the decent shower. I also found the provided towels and shower gel useful .

The hotel provides parking at the front. There are four spaces for larger vehicles. I used the Wi-Fi , and the speed was good. This allowed me to work efficiently from my room.

the bed was firm. i got a decent shower. there were tea and coffee making items available.
the heating only worked during evenings, so it was very cold in the morning.

a reasonable experience
pet friendly spacious room comfortable bedding black bathroom mold missing window catch loose plug
i liked that they accept pets. the room seemed spacious too. also the location was great and the bed and bedding were comfortable.
the hotel had black mold in the bathroom. there were no catches on the windows. plus a plug socket came away from the wall when i unplugged it.

Fantastic Stay! Effort Shows!
friendly owner helpful direction convenient pub
The owner was super friendly and helpful! I needed directions to the nearest pizza shop ,and he pointed me to a great spot just five minutes away. There is also a convenient pub next door ,and a Co-op is only five minutes away too. I thought the location was very useful.
I did notice the towels had some bleach stains, but honestly , it wasn't a big deal for me.

My room featured a comfortable bed, and the en-suite bathroom was clean. I especially liked the cookies provided, a nice little touch! The TV was easy to use. the location was good for accessing both Guildford and the city.

There is a pub located right next door , which offers convenient dining options. a Co-op store is just a short five-minute walk away. It made it easy to grab a quick bite or stock up on essentials.

comfortable bed helpful staff
the location was near the train station (farncombe station is nearby). the bed was comfortable. i found the staff to be helpful.
wifi was only available downstairs. it did not reach my room upstairs.
