the location had good access to public transport.

The air conditioning was not functional. i reported this to reception, but they did not resolve it. The room remained too warm. additionally, i found the furniture worn and some of it damaged. This detracts from the overall quality.

The staff were really helpful. They gave me directions i needed. there were restaurants very close by! public transport was easy to access from the hotel. I found it very convenient.

The air conditioning wasn't working well and i had to ask for a fan. there wasn't a kettle in the room. I missed making tea. the scrambled eggs at breakfast were the only option. I wished there were other egg choices.
