superb location friendly staff free drink
The location was superb. the staff were friendly and professional upon arrival. check-in was easy. I even received a free drink token, which i enjoyed! the room was super clean, a definite plus, and well-appointed. breakfast offered enough choice to please.
The wi-fi signal was not very strong. I wish it had been a little better. the wi-fi signal was not very strong.

dirty cups strange cleaning
the breakfast had enough choice to please.
The cleaning job was strange. The cups were dirty upon arrival. trash and food remained after cleaning, and used glasses were removed but not replaced. someone entered my room to ask me to extend my stay with a discount, a rather odd experience.

The staff was helpful. i especially appreciated the welcome drink and the proactive offer of bottled water upon departure. This showed great attention to detail.

My room included two separate sinks in the bathroom and a spacious rainfall shower. i noticed the room was large and quiet with comfortable beds. This added to my overall rest and relaxation. all rooms have high-quality linens.

Breakfast included live music, a nice touch. there were so many choices in the buffet. it had a varied selection of fresh, high-quality food. I appreciated that it was always replenished in a timely manner.

really good selection helpful staff comfortable stay
breakfast offered an really good selection. the staff were helpful. the sauna was well equipped and immaculate. the hotel pays attention to detail. i appreciated the live music and the building itself. the room was cozy. it was thoughtfully arranged for a comfortable stay.

broken mirror remote problem
the breakfast was great, the room was really spacious. i was happy with that.
the tv did not work properly, and the remote did not work properly. the bathroom mirror was broken too. i was pretty disapointed. also there was 30 minutes of dog barking from the next room one morning.
