spacious suite walk-in shower digital safe unclean corridor dirty lift strange bathroom
the superior suite with one double bed and one single bed had good space. i appreciated the bath and walk-in shower it had. the digital safe was also useful (i always worry about valuables).
i noticed the shared spaces on the corridor were not clean. the lift had dirt, and so did the floor. (it reminded me of old ibis budget hotels.)

metro station helpful staff fridge inclusion
the metro station near the hotel made travel simple. the room included a microwave and refrigerator, so i prepared small meals. the staff was consistently friendly and helpful.
the lifts felt a little slow sometimes.

the family room included both a bath and a walk-in shower. the room also had all the expected facilities including a digital safe.
the cleanliness was slightly below expectations as some cups were not replaced after use.

underwhelming experience overall

broken cooling system hot air
the location was acceptable since the metro station was nearby.
the air conditioner in my room didn't work properly which caused the room to get hot. the receptionist said the cooling system was broken so only hot air would come out if i used it. i'm very frustrated about that.

convenient location pastry shop poor cleanliness unusual bathroom
i appreciated the hotel's proximity to the metro line u1. it provided easy access to the heart of the city in just a few minutes. nearby, i also found supermarkets and a good pastry shop, so convenient.
the bathroom design felt a little unusual to me. it had a modular style with plastic walls, almost like something you'd find in a caravan.
