the hotel is located within walking distance of most places i wanted to see. the staff at the front desk were accommodating and resolved my requests quickly. i appreciated the design aesthetic throughout the hotel. the rooftop bar provided fine views OF the city.
there was a deposit i didn't know about.

my room had a modern design and felt clean. the bed was comfortable and the provided toiletries felt luxurious. soundproofing worked well, and i experienced little noise FROM outside.

the staff members were helpful and generally quick to respond to requests. they provided useful recommendations for local dining and attractions. check-in and check-out were both very efficient and pleasant.

the hotel has convenient access to public transportation and local attractions. the area felt safe to walk around both during the day and at night. i found several good restaurants nearby to be an advantage.

This location borders the innere stadt, i found it quite easy to walk to many areas. the hotel is very close to a metro station. I walked to the town daily. it is next to stadtpark.

i really liked the rooftop bar. the drinks were good. the service was also quite nice and easygoing. i appreciated that the staff found my passport after i left and sent it to me.
the room i had was a bit cold. the thermostat would not go above 21 degrees. i called for help and someone said they would send a technician the next day.

the rooftop bar seemed quite exclusive access felt restricted i was told i needed to book a time slot even though i'm a hotel guest it was disappointing as i wanted to enjoy the view after a long day the limited storage was also a problem the room felt cramped without enough space for my luggage i had to keep my suitcase on the floor it wasn't very practical
