spacious apartment fresh pastries attentive staff
the beautiful apartment was very spacious, it had distinct areas for living and sleeping. breakfast included a wide selection with fresh pastries! the staff was attentive and quick to help with requests, they arranged a taxi to the airport for me.
the street outside was a bit noisy at night, though it quieted down later.

the reception provided very polite and cute service, it offered helpful information about the area. i asked for a late check-out, and they were very accommodating, they ensured i had a smooth departure.

wow! what a fab stay!
spacious room helpful staff perfect breakfast great location
the room its HUGE, it was very spacious and so confortable. i love how helpful the staff is, so friendly and professional to me. breakfast was perfect, such a good start to my days here! the location rocks, close to all the action.
the hotel is next to the tram line, i hear it at night. it gets a lil bit noisy at 4am.

mixed experience, some issues noted
clogged sink excessive street noise
the breakfast had a decent selection of food , and the fitness center was adequately equipped.
i encountered a clogged bathroom sink upon arrival. the staff lacked the necessary tools to resolve the issue efficiently. the street noise was excessive on the third floor due to single-pane windows , and this significantly impacted my sleep quality.

I stayed in a large beautiful apartment. The breakfast selection tasted good (i liked the fresh pastries). The receptionist provided a map and answered my questions about the area.
