central stay, minor hiccup

ideal location helpful staff inviting bar

The hotel's location proved ideal for exploring. i appreciated that many attractions were within a comfortable walking distance (about 15 minutes to some main sites). i especially enjoyed the helpful staff. They always offered polite assistance. the bar downstairs was inviting, with its candelabras.

the room i was first assigned felt a bit small for its cost. its shape seemed a little awkward, and the view wasn't great, mostly a concrete wall. considering the price, this felt somewhat disappointing.

The hotel provided free umbrellas for rainy days I thought that was useful. The receptionist offered a quick guide about things to see I found that helpful.

The hotel did not have amenities I expect like a shower cap. I found black tea bags in the room but no dairy creamer was available.

perfect location temperature control morning coffee

I adored the location. It was perfect for exploring nearby attractions. the room had temperature control, a wonderful amenity. the dining area provided morning coffee and warm greetings.

the bar's closing for a private event on our second evening was disappointing. we hoped for a cozy spot after a day of sightseeing. it was a small inconvenience in an otherwise wonderful stay.

Really good Stay!

helpful staff excellent breakfast ideal location

The hotel staff were helpful and kind, I felt completely at ease. Breakfasts were as good as any hotel breakfast I have ever had!!! I also really appreciated the hotel's location near the Opera House and a subway station. It was only one block away from a market and many restaurants.

The rooms did not have star hotel amenities, such as shower caps. I had to ask for items, it seemed like a bit much. Black tea bags were available, but no dairy creamer or milk were present.

The hotel offered free afternoon coffee, tea, and cakes in the first floor salon. There was also a sitting room with a Sunday afternoon piano recital. Breakfast options were excellent.

Excellent City Center Hotel

The location is excellent, near Karlsplatz station and Nachmarkt. Afternoon tea with cakes was a pleasant surprise. The staff were friendly. They were also helpful. I found the room very super clean and cozy. The bed provided restful sleep. The shower offered excellent water pressure.

The bar opening hours were somewhat late, a slight inconvenience for evening relaxation.
