Centrally Located, But Showing Its Age
uncomfortable bed furniture wear
The location was quite central , offering easy access to many attractions.
The room looked quite dated , and the furniture showed significant wear and tear. The bed was particularly uncomfortable , leaving me with a sore back each morning. Honestly , it was like sleeping on a trampoline that had seen better days.

Charming Stay in a Prime Location

The location was GREAT. The staff was friendly and helpful, which I appreciated a lot. I was upgraded to a big family room and it was very clean.
I found the soundproofing poor. The furniture seemed old. There was no air conditioning available.

Breakfast offered a good selection and the staff kept everything well-stocked and clean. There were fresh pastries, fruits, cheeses, and hot dishes available each morningwith varied options. The coffee machine worked WELL!!!

Excellent Central Location

The location is superb, near the main pedestrian area. I found many nearby cafes and restaurants. An inner courtyard has a designated smoking area next to the lift. I appreciated the lift's design with its metal structure and view in the courtyard.
The shower room felt a bit small. Also it had an old shower cubicle. The shower head did not stay still in the bracket.

The room was spacious and clean. The hotel offered a special atmosphere due to its heritage design. I found the room to be very quiet. It allowed for restful sleep after a long day.

The hotel is centrally located near many tourist attractions. Stephansplatz is a few minutes away by foot, providing easy access to sights. I found the location to be very convenient. The location was perfect! though the parking was expensive.

Breakfast included a varied and good selection. I specifically enjoyed the Kaisersemmeln, a local pastry. A coffee machine available at reception provided a cute touch, it was nice.

The reception staff was helpful and cute upon arrival. The front office manager was supportive and always had a smiling face. Monica, the room cleaner, was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble.

excellent location friendly staff welcome coffee no air conditioning hard beds soft pillows
the location was excellent, very close to the city center. i felt safe walking around, especially with my daughter at night. the staff was friendly and helpful, always available to assist. complimentary tea and coffee were a welcome touch.
the rooms lacked air conditioning, providing only a small fan. the windows did not open adequately for fresh air. i also found the beds to be quite hard, affecting my sleep. the pillows were too soft for my preference. i needed four pillows to get some support.
