The breakfast offered good quality food and a variety of choices. The reception staff was helpful and professional, always happy to assist. The location was convenient, about an 8-10 minute walk to the center once we familiarized ourselves with the area.
The room door was damaged, so I heard noise from people in the hallway more than I should have. I told the management, but nothing was done about it. While they mentioned the door should have been substituted, a temporary solution would have helped.

The hotel is on a quiet street. Public transport is very accessible. Tram number 2 stops nearby. This makes it easy to reach all attractions. The location is very good.

Receptionists Daniel and Paula were professional and attentive. They consistently met every request I had. Nyan, a waiter, was kind, attentive, and professional. I appreciated their support.

The rooms were clean with a mirror. This is rare. A big bathroom was very nice. There was a kettle to make tea. The room was really functional, and I appreciate this.

The room was clean. it had a french window that opens to an inner courtyard. A nice touch. the reception staff was friendly and helpful.
the main issue is that this hotel does not warrant 4 stars. everything is pretty basic. there are no cosmetics available except for simple soap. breakfast is limited as well.
