an adequate stay
clean room good breakfast overpriced items unwelcoming check-in
the room was spacious and very clean. the hotel is also close to a big park for dog walks. it was very convenient for me and my dog. the breakfast was also good and it started early.
The hotel is overpriced. For what it offers. there was no complimentary water, only a minibar with overpriced items. check-in was not very cute. The receptionist asked unnecessary questions and held my passport for a long time.

acceptable stay with some issues
ineffective air conditioning understocked minibar
the breakfast was adequate.
the air conditioning did not function effectively even when set to the lowest temperature the room remained uncomfortably warm throughout my stay i also found the minibar to be consistently understocked requiring frequent requests for replenishment the television remote was also malfunctioning.

broken netflix lacking follow up
i found a couple of things disappointing . the promised netflix app on the room tv didn't work, despite it being a key reason i booked. staff repeatedly said a technician would look at it, but nothing happened over several days. i felt cheated, as there was no technician, and no follow-up whatsoever.

Excellent Stay!
good quality helpful staff convenient location
The breakfast offered good quality food and a variety of choices. The reception staff was helpful and professional, always happy to assist. The location was convenient, about an 8-10 minute walk to the center once we familiarized ourselves with the area.
The room door was damaged, so I heard noise from people in the hallway more than I should have. I told the management, but nothing was done about it. While they mentioned the door should have been substituted, a temporary solution would have helped.

The hotel offers a gym, and there is also a sauna available . These spaces allow visitors to exercise and relax during their visit. The equipment was well maintained.

The hotel is on a quiet street. Public transport is very accessible. Tram number 2 stops nearby. This makes it easy to reach all attractions. The location is very good.

Receptionists Daniel and Paula were professional and attentive. They consistently met every request I had. Nyan, a waiter, was kind, attentive, and professional. I appreciated their support.

The rooms were clean with a mirror. This is rare. A big bathroom was very nice. There was a kettle to make tea. The room was really functional, and I appreciate this.
