good hostel, some flaws
comfortable bedhelpful stafflost itembroken heater
rooms had comfortable beds and were clean. hotel staff at reception were very friendly and helpful to me. i lost something after my stay, i submitted a request and they found it.
the heater button wasn't working. an employee tried help, but he could not fix it. there weren't any other rooms available to move to. moisture covered THE wall.

the room had air conditioning, useful. beds were clean and comfy. a storage place for luggage exists, so guests should bring a lock.

Acceptable Stay with a Few Issues

The bathroom was small and not very functional. I found the lack of space inconvenient. There were also some cleanliness issues in the hallways. The carpets had an unpleasant smell. The location was not ideal since it was far from the city center, so I relied on public transportation often.
