I found the location very convenient for getting around (the U-Bahn was close). The room included complimentary sparkling water, coffee, and tea, which I appreciated. The staff were friendly and helpful with directions. The bed was also very comfortable.

The doors were easy to slam. It was difficult to close them quietly.

the hotel's location near the westbahnhof was great. it was only a five minute walk. the staff was friendly and efficient during check-in and check-out. the room on the top floor was clean as i requested.

the room temperature was warm and i couldn't adjust it. the windows only opened a crack. the breakfast selection was large, but the quality was just ok especially the bread. the full grain bread was not fresh .

the hotel has a prime spot, very close to public transport. i found the supermarket inside westbahnhof convenient, as it is open early until late.

the tap in the toilet was a bit shaky.
