great location and clean rooms

clean hotel great location friendly staff

i found the hotel very clean with modern bedding the rooms were quite close to marble arch it was easy to reach many amenities from this location i liked the friendly staff during check in. the person carried my heavy bags it was helpful.

my toilet was not actually located in my room instead it was in the hallway i needed a key to unlock it and then lock it on the other side there was no soap in the toilet but there was a working sink.

key attractions clean apartment accessible staff

I appreciated the proximity to key attractions. It made sightseeing very convenient. The apartment was very clean upon arrival and proved a comfortable space to unwind. I also appreciated being able to call the staff when needed.

There was NO elevator. This posed a challenge with luggage.

The location allows a quick walk to Hyde Park and the Paddington area. It's a central hub. A lighted archway outside the building made it easy to identify at night. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, nice.

The staff answered calls quickly and were lovely and helpful. I was given a number to call anytime. This felt very personal. The staff are kind and it was very nice!

Acceptable Stay with Some Disappointments

small room poor insulation

The room I booked was quite small. Maneuvering around the bed was difficult. There was minimal storage space. I had to keep my belongings in my luggage. The window had poor insulation. A noticeable draft was present. I also noticed some noise from the hallway. It was quite disruptive at times.

The location near the tube station made getting around very easy. The staff was very helpful when I had questions about directions. I got a complimentary bottle of water upon arrival (a nice touch after traveling). The room had tea and coffee making facilities. I made good use of those.

convenient transportation overall cleanliness

i appreciated the cleanliness of my twin room private bathroom. the proximity to transportation hubs was also useful, it really helped get around.

the elevator wasn't available which meant carrying bags up stairs.

disorganized check-in low water pressure

the location was close to public transport.

The check-in process felt disorganized. I received a whatsapp message shortly before arrival requesting a digital id. upon arrival, the entrance was locked, and i had to wait. there were also issues with the shower not working properly. The water pressure was very low.

the location was really convenient. i walked to many attractions. the staff was helpful. they responded quickly when i requested extra towels. the room was also very clean. i noticed that housekeeping paid attention to detail.

the walls are thin and i heard some noise from adjacent rooms.
