The location was GREAT. It was a short walk to both the tube station and bus stops. MANY eateries were nearby, with choices. The reception desk was really friendly and helpful.
The corridors had a SLIGHT musty smell.

Plenty of restaurants surround the hotel. There were Japanese, Mexican, and fast food options available. Several small supermarkets are also nearby, and they provide conveniences for quick snacks or essential items.

The twin room included tea and coffee making facilities. Bedding was clean. The separate toilet and bathroom in the room WERE convenient for privacy and hygiene.

Staff members are kind. They helped to organise the best possible room situation. The receptionist was very understanding. I would choose this hotel AGAIN on my next visit.

The hotel provided ample tea and coffee in the room. the bedding was clean. I found the bedsheets crisp and white. the price was very reasonable considering the location.
the communal bathroom was quite small.

I really enjoyed how helpful the staff were. They assisted with everything! The location is great, with many food options within walking distance. The hotel manager, Mr Usama, is professionally cooperative. I'm definitely choosing this hotel again!!!
