the provided hairdryer worked well. the mini-fridge kept my drinks cold during my nights count stay.

the elevator required navigating a few stairs to reach some floors.

no tea facilities empty fridge

The hotel was clean and the location was pretty central. the staff called a taxi quickly when i needed one. That was acceptable.

i didn't like that there were no tea or coffee facilities in the room. i wanted a morning tea from the restaurant and was willing to pay. but they said i had to pay for the full breakfast which seemed bizarre, costing €20. even though there was an empty fridge in the room, there was no minibar either.

the location were perfect. it was very center. free bus fare in the city was available. the room was also clean.

there werent any tea making facilities in the room. we ask for a tea from the restaurant in the morning. they told us we had to pay for the full breakfast to get tea.

The location was great. It was very close to the music festival. The staff was helpful, and the rooms were clean. I also appreciated that the hotel allowed us to leave our bags at the front desk when we arrived early.

The room was quite dark. There was limited lighting in the room. One receptionist was impolite when i asked for help. She was blunt and annoyed.

ok stay near the center

central location free voucher clean room tea facilities breakfast cost wifi issues

the location was good, it was very central. the staff gave me a transit voucher, it let me use public transport for free. the room was quite clean and confortable.

the hotel did not had tea facilities. i wanted to pay for a tea in the morning from the restaurant but they told me i must pay for the breakfast to get it, it costs 20 euros. the tv was not connected to the wifi.
