Wonderful Stay in a Charming Location

My room offered a great view of the lake. The provided toiletries were of good quality. I appreciated the availability of complimentary coffee and tea in my room. The hotel's location allowed easy access to local attractions. I found a convenient shuttle service from the parking area to the hotel. The room had modern updates while still fitting into the heritage hotel.
The walk from the main building to my room was inconvenient with luggage.

Wonderful Stay with Lake Views

The room had excellent views of the lake. I enjoyed dinner at the excellent restaurant for two nights. The hotel is very close to the best view point, only about 5 mins walk. The front desk service was amazingly good even when they were busy (they always had a smile).
I found the room was hot like a sauna. Opening the windows didn't help at all. The hotel provided two electric fans that didn't do much. I was sweaty and uncomfortable inside.

Romantic Escape by the Lake

Our room offered a beautiful lake view right from the balcony. The location was perfect, close to everything. The super nice team, and breakfast included a lovely selection. The hotel also provided convenient access to the ferry, just a few steps away from the docks.
I found some staff members to be unapproachable upon arrival. The hotel could benefit from having personnel who engage more positively with guests from the start.
