the location was perfect, near the main train station! the quadruple room was quite spacious. it met our group needs very well. we found it convenient, comfortable and clean.
the reception staff did not fully address my requests.

the location is very convenient near transport options. the room was a decent size, and i enjoyed my stay. the easy walk to the train station was a definite plus (very helpful when carrying luggage).
the reception staff ignored my specific requests.

i found one really kind staff member during the night and they helped me with parking. it was very quiet during the night so sleeping was easy. the room and corridors were clean when i stayed there.
