The hotel rooms were beautiful and very comfortable. The interior had a tasteful style, and everything was really spacious. I found the reception staff to be very kind and polite. They even helped me get an ice pack for my knee.
Breakfast didn't include in the room price.

a good gem in the city

the room faced a courtyard and offered great space. i liked the style of the hotel. breakfast was delicious and plentiful on both days (the pastries were really good!).
the water temperature in the shower was inconsistent, sometimes requiring several minutes to reach the desired warmth. this delay felt wasteful and a bit inconvenient.

The room was spacious and was well-kept upon arrival.
The automatic temperature control was frustrating. The hotel decides what temperature is best for you, heating in winter and cooling in summer. My room became uncomfortably hot, and attempts to adjust the temperature through reception proved ineffective. It reverted to default settings after a few hours. Opening the window was not an option due to the quadruple glazing intended to block noise from the busy street outside... it seemed like a gilded cage.

The room was quite spacious and very clean. The air conditioning worked well and kept the room cool. The bathroom was also quite large.. the shower was definitely a highlight.
The sofas were not comfortable at all. I booked the large apartment for up to five people, but there were only three spoons, forks, and knives provided. We also found only seven coffee pods for a three night stay.
