the hotel is in a beautiful location. the private beach was amazing with nice snorkeling. the breakfast selection was good, and the staff at the front desk were helpful. our room also had a terrace overlooking the mountains and the pool.

The complex has too many young children. a good suggestion would be to have an adult-only zone. there were limited restaurants. The buffet and one other restaurant only were available. this influences you to have to go out into the town.

The room was impeccably clean and well kept. air conditioning worked efficiently, ensuring a comfortable temperature, and the bathroom included a nice shower. there were comfortable beds. I slept very well.

The beach has calm, clear water, it really is gorgeous. A short taxi ride will get you to town. The food in the a la carte restaurant is delicious. The grounds are beautiful, it feels like a lovely, intimate size.

The main restaurant offers a big selection of food buffets, i think the children always find something they like. The quality allows for a nice dinner at the end of the day. The breakfast hall feels very big.

The staff had a smile on their face even in the highest temperatures. I noted that they knew our names and room number by heart. The staff always tried to do enough, they never say NO !!

I had a fantastic Cretan massage. Sofia helped me choose the treatment. Andreas offered deep relaxation with magical hands. The kids club looked super cute. The hotel provided wakeboarding, boat trips, and diving.

The windows let light through in the morning and cardboard panels were fitted to the windows. They sometimes fell out.
