“Kalypso Cretan Village Resort & Spa occupies a remarkable location, built into cliffs that drop dramatically to the sea, with its own rocky inlet offering unique diving and snorkeling. I think this resort is well-suited to families who want a mix of relaxation and activities, from multiple pools and a spa to cultural seminars that connect guests to the local heritage. While some areas could use a refresh, the setting alone makes it a memorable choice for a Cretan vacation.”
