The hotel provided a shuttle bus service. It ran to the gondola every 15 minutes from 8 AM to 11 AM. The hotel provided free snacks daily at 3:30 PM. It included soup or schnitzel. I also liked sauna and pool.
The carpet in my room needed to be renewed.

a reasonable stay

lake view delicious food dated room room size
The location is really something. i mean, it's right on the lake, and the views are awesome from every angle. i also thought the food at dinner was excellent, so beautifully presented and delicious with three choices each course. it totally changed each night. I loved it.
the family room felt tired and dated. it was nice to have a real bunk bed for the children, but the parental room felt small, with no space either side of the bed. i mean, no air con was an issue because you couldn't properly open the window because it blocked entrance to the bed!
