Charming Stay!

helpful staff fantastic location
Ulrike was helpful. She. The location was fantastic. It made exploring the city very easy. I especially loved the restaurant downstairs. The food was very good! The complimentary refreshments were a lovely surprise and very welcomed.
The room was disappointing. It seemed a bit dark. I expected a bit more light and brightness, especially for the price. It needs some updating to match the hotel's charm, I think.

Really good Stay in the Heart of It All

The location was amazing because I could easily walk to all the main attractions. The minibar was stocked with complimentary drinks, a very welcome bonus. I found the staff attentive and helpful ensuring I had everything I needed.
The room design felt a bit dated for the price I paid. I found the room a bit dark despite its size. This impacted my overall impression a little.

charming stay in the heart of it all

helpful staff convenient location
I found the front desk staff very helpful. the restaurant within the hotel provided amazing food. i also appreciated the central location. Shops and dining were quite close. everything was conveniently accessible.
the room furnishings did not quite match the charm i anticipated. i perhaps had higher expectations based on previous experiences with similar hotels. while clean, it lacked the luxurious feel i was hoping for.
