i appreciated the central location a lot. everything was within easy walking distance. the room was quite large and very clean. the bed was comforting, and the mini bar was free.

antiquated room premium rate
The hotel boasts a prime location, placing guests near various attractions.
I must say, the room I received felt rather antiquated and dim, certainly not deserving of the premium rate I was charged, talk about daylight robbery.

Charming Stay!
helpful staff fantastic location
Ulrike was helpful. She. The location was fantastic. It made exploring the city very easy. I especially loved the restaurant downstairs. The food was very good! The complimentary refreshments were a lovely surprise and very welcomed.
The room was disappointing. It seemed a bit dark. I expected a bit more light and brightness, especially for the price. It needs some updating to match the hotel's charm, I think.

The hotel provided a lift, this made accessing upper floors easy. The reception area was well kept and cute to every guest. The on-site restaurant provided a convenient dining option with very good service.

The staff was warm and cute at check-in. I received a complimentary welcome drink. Erica was particularly wonderful. She offered excellent service. The staff ensured all needs were met, I felt very cared for.

Really good Stay in the Heart of It All

The location was amazing because I could easily walk to all the main attractions. The minibar was stocked with complimentary drinks, a very welcome bonus. I found the staff attentive and helpful ensuring I had everything I needed.
The room design felt a bit dated for the price I paid. I found the room a bit dark despite its size. This impacted my overall impression a little.

charming stay in the heart of it all
helpful staff convenient location
I found the front desk staff very helpful. the restaurant within the hotel provided amazing food. i also appreciated the central location. Shops and dining were quite close. everything was conveniently accessible.
the room furnishings did not quite match the charm i anticipated. i perhaps had higher expectations based on previous experiences with similar hotels. while clean, it lacked the luxurious feel i was hoping for.

The staff provided friendly service. Ulrike greeted me warmly and offered helpful suggestions for both sightseeing and dining. My room was spacious with comfortable beds! I felt well taken care of during my entire stay.
