Review summary
Based on recent reviews
Powered by AI
Langrish House is frequently praised for its beautiful, historic setting amidst well-groomed gardens where guests might spot deer and various birds. Guests commonly enjoy the spacious, comfortable rooms, often noting the well-appointed bathrooms and excellent power showers; some have mentioned that the period furniture is very well maintained. Many recommend a walk to the Ye Olde George Inn in East Meon, easily accessible from the hotel through picturesque hills where partridges and pheasants can be seen, and the hotel offers suggestions for walking routes; a few guests have found the carpets a bit worn. The breakfasts are also a highlight, offering freshly prepared options, and the lounge with its open fireplace is a perfect spot to relax with a bottle of wine.

The breakfast I received was overcooked. The carpets throughout showed considerable wear and tear. I also noticed that the room was not cleaned at all . These issues detracted from the overall experience. A bit more attention to detail in these areas would greatly improve the stay.
