the room WAS great, and the bed was comfortable. i REALLY liked the minibar with the coffee and snacks. SUCH A luxurious touch. i ALSO appreciated the staff, who were friendly and accommodating. They were really helpful.

THE shower was good, but the water pressure COULD have been a bit stronger.

The location was acceptable. It was close to the city center.

The room was quite chilly. i asked the staff to help improve the heating, but the room remained cold. the continental breakfast was also a letdown. The croissants and fruit were ice cold. Parking was also a challenge. I should have considered this more before driving.

i stayed in a superior king room it was great i found a stocked fridge and coffee maker it was a treat the bed was huge it was also very comfortable. the breakfast was delivered to my door i thought it was great the staff were friendly i found them helpful.

the shower pressure was not great and it wasn't consistent it even stopped a couple of times this was frustrating also there was no body lotion or luxury toiletries available which was disappointing i would have expected those.

i found the continental breakfast fresh and convenient with delivery right to the room the fresh juices and milk came in small glass bottles and there were fresh pastries and fruit everything was packed in a branded box.

my partner and i stayed for a few nights. the staff were very cute upon arrival. the room had lovely extras like a stocked mini fridge and nespresso machine. i certainly plan to book again!

i noticed the bathroom lacked some privacy. the glass was frosted, but not entirely around the edges.
