the room was big with a balcony. parking for the car was easy. the hotel staff was very friendly i think. a private taxi was organized and the driver was great also.
the outdoor swimming pool was terrible. the description mentions a indoor swimming pool, but it costs extra i learned. the hotel could not manage the breakfast seating well enough. they set out extra tables in the lobby.

The room was spacious and clean enough.
The gym equipment was quite old, and several machines were out of order. The treadmill belts slipped, and the stationary bike resistance did not work correctly. It was hard to get a good workout there.

The pool was very clean and appealing. The staff served great food at the lobby restaurant. The bar prepared AMAZING cocktails.
The shower was VERY unkempt. Limescale covered the shower head! The bedding smelled of chlorine, a bit strong. I found too few power sockets in the room and most of them did NOT work.

The room seemed a bit worn. the air conditioning wasn't very effective. it struggled to keep the room cool, especially during the day. also, the breakfast buffet was repetitive. I wished there were more variety each morning.

The room I got felt a little dated, I must say. The Italian plug sockets situation was annoying because not all EU plugs fit. the restaurant was quite expensive.. and the food was only average. I expected much better from an hotel of this caliber.
