The location was decent (near some shops, i guess). the room i had faced an inner courtyard, so it was pretty quiet. however, the staff at breakfast seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than actually doing their jobs. i actually had to get up and ask for coffee. It seemed like i was interrupting their social hour.

The shower situation was a joke. the water pressure barely existed. It was nearly impossible to have a proper shower. i reported this, but nothing changed . also, the breakfast selection was quite limited. I expected more variety and quality considering the hotel's supposed level. the coffee was weak!

the hotel has a great location near the waterfront. the staff helped me book cars to the airport the next day! the rooms were very clean with comfortable beds and great linens. the bar remained open until 11:00.

the water pressure was very weak in the shower. the shower floor was very slippery. the wifi was unreliable and not secure.

breakfast had a lot of items, including pastries, breads, and juices! friendly attendants brought your desired coffee! it included a pot of american, espresso, or cappuccino. there was also a bar open off the lobby.

the room was big and quiet! i was able to put a few bottles of water in the mini-fridge. the bathroom was also roomy with a big tub and shower. there was a mega tv in the room.

the room i was assigned was clean. the room was an acceptable size.

the staff at breakfast were not attentive. i required coffee, i had to interrupt them. they seem to be more concerned with their conversations than attending to guests needs. the bar service suffered the same deficiency.
