the front desk was staffed 24 hours, which i found very convenient. the room was clean and quite comfortable. the bathroom was well stocked daily (i always had enough towels).
the mattress was very firm and not to my liking. the air conditioning did not seem to be working. there were no tea or coffee facilities in the room (i expected that in a hotel like this).

the front desk operated 24 hours a day, quite convenient. the staff was very helpful, and the room was clean, i found. the bathroom was well-designed and stocked daily. breakfast offered a wide selection of options.
The room lacked tea and coffee facilities. This was a slight disappointment.
