the staff provided assistance and information about the area, proving helpful. my room upgrade provided a beautiful view. the settings were amazing, elevating my experience.
i noticed a lack of a kettle and hot drinks in the room. this was a minor disappointment . i would appreciate having these amenities available for convenience.
