friendly staff lovely garden
the staff IS super friendly the building is beautiful. the rooms are clean and spacious with a jacuzzi. breakfast is very nice with a lot of different options and they have a lovely garden.

the staff helped answer all my questions. the rooms are spacious and comfortable. the jacuzzi in the room was a definite plus. i could easily relax after exploring (a welcome treat!).
the wifi signal was sometimes a little weak in certain parts of the room.

breakfast featured an adequate selection of foods. the breakfast buffet offered both sweet and savory options, i liked it. the breakfast room attendant was efficient and helpful.

staff members were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. david at reception spoke excellent urdu and hindi. he ordered local pizza for us and gave us travel recommendations.

the room was large and clean. housekeeping efficiently cleaned the room daily. towels and soaps were replenished each day (always appreciated).

historical building good ramp helpful personnel
i found a historical building with a lift.. there was also a good ramp for access. the front desk personnel was very polite. they were kind and helpful.
the carpets was worn in some areas.
