The apartment had big rooms for its price. A large kitchen with plenty of pots and pans was available. The bed proved comfortable and quite big. A nice terrace was also a plus. The apartment felt quite clean also. The reception staff is helpful and available.

Public transport access is quite close. It is just two minutes from the location. Many restaurants surround the hotel. Several shops locate nearby.

The room offered enough space. The apartment had kitchen utensils and glasses for everyone. I found the thermostat and temperature work well. The apartment was cozy. The room included large wall-to-wall windows. This made the space bright.

The kitchen included plenty of pots and pans. A wide selection of glasses was also available. Markets with products suitable for our tastes exist in the area.

a charming stay near the heart of it all
excellent locationeasy accesslovely perspectiveunclean area
the location allowed easy access to major attractions! i walked to the grand place with no trouble at all. plus, being only ten minutes from the gare du nord station simplified connections to other cities like ghent and amsterdam. the view from my room offered a lovely perspective of the cityscape
The area directly around the hotel felt a bit unclean, and i noticed some broken bin bags on the street. This was a bit disheartening to see.

The fully equipped kitchen in the apartment included all necessary appliances and cookware. It made preparing meals convenient and allowed me to enjoy them in the privacy of my room. ample space to store groceries was a plus.

The apartment was spacious and clean. Public transportation was easily accessible from this location. Staff members were helpful and provided information promptly.
There were bad smells throughout the hotel and in the room i stayed in. The heating system made loud hissing, clicking, and humming noises. Soundproofing was poor so i could hear the elevator.

The staff responded quickly to requests and resolved them efficiently. Check-in was smooth and the reception area was always staffed. Elevator access was convenient at all times and the staff was available around the clock.

There were many dining options nearby, with restaurants and cafes within walking distance. A variety of cuisines were available, from local fare to international dishes. Several supermarkets were also nearby, which helped with getting food for the apartment.
