poor gym insufficient lighting
the bed was huge and comfortable.
the gym was very poor, a big letdown. the lighting in the room was also insufficient. i ran out of toilet paper on the second day and had to request more twice, quite inconvenient.

underwhelming experience at a supposedly high-end hotel
small room inconsistent service
my stay wasn't quite as really good as i had hoped. the room was smaller than i expected , especially for the price i paid. also , the service was inconsistent , with some staff being very attentive and others seeming indifferent. the lack of attention to detail really detracted from the overall experience , it reminded me of the staff was not adequately trained , or didn't care.

The hotel decor features high-end collectibles. I found the staff to be professional and friendly. The pool, sauna, and hamam offered a relaxing experience. The bedroom was spacious and I loved the bathtub in the Premium room.

detailed directions helpful concierge comfortable lobby
The concierge provided detailed directions to places, and was very helpful. One of the staff members even walked me to the Cartoon Museum which I really appreciated. The guest rooms have nice design. The lobby is comfortable. It made my staying easier.

The Premium Room included a super high and comfy mattress. There were high ceilings. The room had a generously sized open shower. It also had a bathtub overlooking the beautiful Place des Martyrs below, and I found the arrangement very relaxing.
