Excellent Hotel Experience!

I appreciated the family room. This room accommodated our group well. It offered nice garden views from the windows. I also liked the pool and patio area very much. It was conducive to relaxation after our day. The location was close to many restaurants.

The lighting in the lobby and breakfast area was somewhat dim, made the spaces feel a little darker than I prefer.

the pool was nice. the room included everything necessary for a short trip.

I found the lack of ac very annoying. the room was overly hot, even with outside temperatures not exceeding 20 degrees. the fans provided were too loud for continuous use at night. It reminded me of the room was an attic. the breakfast situation was also disappointing. Cooking your own eggs at a hotel is absurd, and the surrounding area felt a bit sketchy.

very nice kindnessheated poolwarm room

i found the room clean each day it had fresh touches i appreciated. the staff displayed very nice kindness and attentiveness to details. the heated pool was a great addition for relaxation and gentle moments.

the room felt somewhat warm despite a fan i could not find a way to adjust the temperature which impacted sleep.
