The location was convenient with the metro nearby.

The air conditioning did not produce warm air. The room was cold. After complaining, I learned there was a problem on the seventh floor. I was offered another room, warmer but should have been offered sooner.

the location was central which was definitely convenient for getting around.

I was frustrated with the heating system. It seemed to only blow cold air. the staff initially brushed off my complaint, but eventually moved me to another room. also breakfast was served in a small area at shared tables, lacking privacy.

The hotel's location was convenient for accessing public transport.

I faced issues with the room upon arrival. It was not properly cleaned and some fixtures were broken. The air conditioning system did not function and the staff took too long to address the issue. The noise from the street was very loud at night preventing proper sleep.
