poor air conditioning threadbare towels
I must say I found a couple of things rather annoying. The air conditioning barely worked. Apparently, they control the temperature for the entire floor. How considerate. the towels looked as though they had survived a war. Threadbare would be an understatement. They felt a bit rough, like using sandpaper.

Location good. Issues with room quality
poor soundproofing worn bed
The room i had wasn't great. There were issues with the air conditioning. it struggled to cool the room down, made sleeping difficult. also, the soundproofing was pretty bad, i could hear conversations and noise from other rooms which disrupted my sleep? the bed also felt a bit worn, not as comfortable as i'd hoped.
