thick pillowslimescale issue
The pillows in my room were too thick. I found it hard to sleep comfortably. also, i noticed a significant amount of limescale on all the taps. this made me hesitant to use the shower or drink the tap water. i wish they paid more attention to these details.

The hotel location allowed easy access to the center and train station. I found rooms with high ceilings, very comfy beds, a fridge, and a coffee maker. Access uses a code for both the front door and room. I found this easy to use.
The air conditioning not worked correctly, and I see other guests mention it. My room was too warm, and cooling was impossible.

The self check-in process was convenient and efficient. My room had coffee and tea making facilities for my convenience. The bed was super comfortable. I slept very well.
Communication with staff was slow. I experienced delays in resolving a minor issue.
