I'm interested in knowing if it's possible to have two single beds set up in a room, as I will be traveling with my mother.

some issues
thick pillows limescale issue
The pillows in my room were too thick. I found it hard to sleep comfortably. also, i noticed a significant amount of limescale on all the taps. this made me hesitant to use the shower or drink the tap water. i wish they paid more attention to these details.

simple but really good
central location comfy beds coffee maker easy access
The hotel location allowed easy access to the center and train station. I found rooms with high ceilings, very comfy beds, a fridge, and a coffee maker. Access uses a code for both the front door and room. I found this easy to use.
The air conditioning not worked correctly, and I see other guests mention it. My room was too warm, and cooling was impossible.
Facilities
8/10
The hotel provides digital access with codes and lacks human contact. An elevator requires a pin code, it was a bit worn, so I pressed firmly to get it working. No restrooms exist outside the rooms.
Dining
8/10
The room included a coffee machine and a kettle. No room service exists.
Service
9/10
Customer support was always responsive via chat. There are no staff members present. I learned about the pin code for the elevator from other guests. That was helpful.

Efficient Stay Near City Center
self check-in tea facilities comfortable bed
The self check-in process was convenient and efficient. My room had coffee and tea making facilities for my convenience. The bed was super comfortable. I slept very well.
Communication with staff was slow. I experienced delays in resolving a minor issue.
Dining
9/10
Coffee and tea were available both in the shared area and in the room.. A microwave was available in the basement, providing options for quick meals. I found this setup helpful.
Service
8/10
The hotel uses a pin code system for the main entrance, lift, and room doors. Lockers were available for luggage storage before check-in and after check-out. This service added convenience to my travel plans.
