The bathroom ceiling was way too low. I couldn't stand up straight in the shower. the mattress felt curved, and the pillows were just awful. i also noticed the towels smelled bad, even though they looked clean.

The hotel offered a breakfast with many choices, which suited all preferences. I found the staff consistently helpful and accommodating. My room was clean, silent, and comfortable. Parking was not available at the hotel but I used a nearby garage, which cost 21 EUR for the duration of my stay.

The room temperature was a bit high, but opening the window solved this issue.

the staff were genuinely friendly (especially the reception) and helpful throughout my stay. i arrived early, they stored my bag, allowing me to explore before check-in. they also stored my bag after i checked out, since my flight was later. when i was tired, they let me relax in the reception area, quite a comfortable waiting area.

the room was quite small, but the bathroom and shower somewhat compensated for it.

the dining room was spacious and included a breakfast with many options. the breakfast provided good value, especially considering the variety available each morning. it certainly enhanced my stay.

the hotel generally felt clean and modern . netflix worked without issue on the television in my room. this allowed easy access to my own account during downtime.

all of the staff demonstrated really good friendliness, and offered support with luggage storage. they also provided a space in the reception area. they addressed any questions and requests promptly (a real plus).
