beautiful design tasty pastries cute staff

i was so happy with my stay! the hotel lobby has a beautiful design. the breakfast offered a nice selection and it tasted really good (the pastries were divine!). i also found the staff to be cute and always ready to help with directions.

the elevator access was a little slow at times, but it was never a major inconvenience.

The staff happily met all my needs. Breakfasts were very good. I am grateful. The room received very thorough cleaning. Public transport and shops are accessible from the excellent location.

The bar was not well-stocked, and it wasn't restocked .

the room was spacious and comfortable, that part was fine.

the shower head was in a weird position, so the floor got completely soaked after i shower. i reminded me of i was fighting the shower the whole time.

the hotel's decor seemed nice enough..

The bathroom ceiling was way too low. I couldn't stand up straight in the shower. the mattress felt curved, and the pillows were just awful. i also noticed the towels smelled bad, even though they looked clean.

The hotel offered a breakfast with many choices, which suited all preferences. I found the staff consistently helpful and accommodating. My room was clean, silent, and comfortable. Parking was not available at the hotel but I used a nearby garage, which cost 21 EUR for the duration of my stay.

The room temperature was a bit high, but opening the window solved this issue.

Excellent stay with great service

friendly staff comfortable reception bag storage

the staff were genuinely friendly (especially the reception) and helpful throughout my stay. i arrived early, they stored my bag, allowing me to explore before check-in. they also stored my bag after i checked out, since my flight was later. when i was tired, they let me relax in the reception area, quite a comfortable waiting area.

the room was quite small, but the bathroom and shower somewhat compensated for it.

the dining room was spacious and included a breakfast with many options. the breakfast provided good value, especially considering the variety available each morning. it certainly enhanced my stay.
