the location was a significant advantage because it was near midi station it made travel very easy the staff demonstrated kindness and willingness to assist breakfast provided a satisfactory start to each day with standard but appreciable options the room was sufficiently equipped and i had a comfortable experience overall

the hotel offered complimentary coffee and tea at all times it provided a welcome refreshment option throughout my visit the lobby included comfortable seating perfect for short breaks. Also lockers are available.

the family room included sufficient space and comfortable bedding i found the air conditioning worked efficiently and maintained a pleasant temperature the bathroom had a functional hairdryer and towels were replaced daily. the room was very quiet.

breakfast featured standard choices such as cereals bread and pastries juice and coffee were accessible the breakfast buffet hours are from 6:00 am to 10:30 am it allows sufficient time for most guests. I appreciated the options.

the hotel provided quick access to the south station and offered convenient transit options i appreciated its proximity to transit hubs and the walk to grand place took only 15 minutes. the neighborhood felt safe.

the reception staff were attentive to my questions and requests they were able to provide help with directions and local travel tips staff offered efficient check in and check out i noticed they speak multiple languages. they were very helpful.

broken air conditioningnoisy area

The air conditioning did NOT work during my entire stay. The receptionist acknowledged the issue, saying it would be fixed the next day, BUT it never was. Another receptionist then claimed the air conditioning was centrally controlled.. a complete lie. I suspect they were trying to save money, but it made sleeping difficult because opening the window was not an option due to the noise. the experience was disappointing..
