the location was acceptable. it was near shops and restaurants.
gaining access to the reception meant i had to walk through a very crowded cafe. often, there were long queues. sharing breakfast with the cafe was not appealing to me. there seemed to be only one receptionist, causing delays.

fantastic stay near main attractions

i found the hotel location very convenient, just a short walk from the main square. my room was quite spacious, with good storage and a nice bathroom with a walk-in shower. the staff were friendly and always ready to assist with any questions i had. the air conditioning worked very well and the free WiFi was a definite plus.
during my stay, controlling the temperature in the room proved difficult. i found that the choices were either too cold or too warm, slightly inconvenient.

the hotel offers a buffet breakfast with hot options served in the coffee shop. i noticed the variety, and it gave a good start to each day of exploring. everything tasted FRESH.

this hotel is situated just a minute away from the Grand Place. many chocolate shops surround the hotel, including Passion Chocolat, located right opposite the entrance. i also noted easy access to transport links, a real benefit.

my superior queen room included a kettle for tea and coffee. i was happy. the room itself was clean with fresh towels provided daily. i found the air conditioning worked effectively.
