the staff were helpful with recommendations for nearby attractions. the room was large and had a comfortable bed i found the main entrance was closed when i stayed but there was a clear alternative entrance.
the heating system in my room wasn't working . also the coffee maker in the room was out of order i was not able to enjoy a morning coffee in my room.

i adored the hotel's location, so close to the central station. it made day trips effortless. the staff were helpful, especially with directions. i found a lovely kids blanket, a nice touch. the welcome note with chocolates felt personal.
i did find the coffee maker was not working , that was a slight inconvenience.

My room had complimentary water, coffee, AND tea, I REALLY appreciated that! The check-in process was fast, and the staff member was super friendly. The hotel's location, tucked away on a quiet street, was very convenient. The proximity to the central station made getting around the city easy.
The shower pressure COULD have been a LITTLE stronger, though it was still a LOVELY bathroom.

The room was fantastic, a real haven after some serious travelling (phew!). it was clean. This hotel really knows how to maintain a room. the location scored big points, especially how close it was to the cathedral and other must-see spots.
It definitely disrupted sleep a bit. although it wasn't the hotel's fault, these sounds did make getting a solid rest tricky.

fantastic location and comfy beds

I had a really nice stay. the hotel gave me a complimentary kids blanket, super thoughtful. the bed and pillows were very comfortable. I slept so well (like a baby!).
Check-in was a bit slow, and i waited for about half an hour. the system felt a bit chaotic, even though the staff was friendly.

the room was big! i booked a grand luxury double or twin room. reception staff were friendly and looked after our bags. the aircon worked very well and was quiet, such a bonus! i appreciated the comfy bed and clean room.
access to the hotel isnt very easy, i needed to use the card to enter!
