The staff was lovely and helpful . i appreciated that i could easily control the heating in my room. the bed was also super comfy. I slept soundly with no noise disturbance.
I found the parking situation poorly communicated. It was difficult to find information online, and i received no response when i tried to contact the hotel beforehand, frustrating.

the rooms design felt really japanese, a simple space that really works! i stayed with my parents, who usually choose high-end spots, and they loved it a lot. the location is only around 15 minutes by foot from cool places like the grand place, i found that so awesome.
the road outside can be a bit noisy, it made it a tiny bit hard to relax sometimes.

I appreciated the cleanliness of the room. Everything looked well kept. The hotel's proximity to the metro station made getting around very simple. The beds and pillows were comfortable, ensuring a restful night. The staff were proactive. They were always willing to assist.
