The reception had a twenty-four-seven service. Storage lockers were simple to use and accessible. Brussels Midi station was within a walkable distance, convenient for Eurostar travellers. Rooms felt more spacious than they was in photos.
I find the hotel exterior a bit unpleasant due to litter.

The hotel had a pool table and a games room available. The underground parking was secure and not sketchy at all. Lockers were available at good prices. Spa services included a sauna and a hammam.

The breakfast offered a wonderful selection of items. I see that breakfast staff were attentive and friendly. Restaurants near the hotel stay open until late. A buffet dinner inspired by North African cuisine was available.

The room we stayed in was large and comfortable. Bunk beds included guards. This design ensures that younger children can sleep soundly without parents worrying. The rooms had awesome cartoon decorations.

The staff was generally friendly and helpful. One staff member, Elvis, provided precious indications. Staff were available to assist and were present at all times. They were quick to address any questions you had.
