the family room had bunkbeds the kids loved them. there was also a rooftop terrace it gave us a nice view of the city.

helpful reception easy lockers comic themes safety guards
i found the 24/7 reception helpful. easy-to-use storage lockers provided convenience. the walkable distance from brussels midi and zuid station served me well. the comic themes were good. i also appreciated the bunk beds that had safety guards.
One very minor issue, the breakfast selection, though fresh, remained the same throughout my stay. A little more variety would be welcome!

The kids enjoyed the playstation room. there was also an arcade room with a foam floor. the bunk bed had a safety design. It was a real attraction for the kids. the games room brought back memories of childhood games.

takeaway breakfast sliding door convenient lockers
The receptionist arranged a takeaway breakfast because we had an early train, and i found that thoughtful. the bunk bed included a sliding door, a detail my kids adored. lockers are available for rent in the basement. It was convenient as we arrived early.
the hotel did not have parking available, although it was previously arranged.

friendly staff spacious room rooftop terrace charging port
the staff was friendly and cute , , made our arrival very pleasant. our family room was spacious , including comfortable bunk beds the children loved. we found the rooftop terrace and common room to be great additions , particularly for enjoying meals we brought back to the hotel. the convenient charging ports by each bed were a huge plus , accommodating all our devices easily.
i noticed the immediate area around the hotel felt a little UNsafe at night.

trashy area interesting characters
i suppose the comic book theme was kinda neat. staff seemed alright.
the area was pretty trashy, i dont even like to go outside at night. i saw some interesting characters hanging about the hotel. its not the hotels fault exactly, but still kinda put me off.

The reception had a twenty-four-seven service. Storage lockers were simple to use and accessible. Brussels Midi station was within a walkable distance, convenient for Eurostar travellers. Rooms felt more spacious than they looked in photos.
I find the hotel exterior a bit unpleasant due to litter.

The room we stayed in was large and comfortable. Bunk beds included guards. This design ensures that younger children can sleep soundly without parents worrying. The rooms had awesome cartoon decorations.
