the breakfast buffet, it was not good. honestly, it was a bit horrific for a supposed four-star hotel. the hot food choices confused me because it isn't continental, it was like leftovers. i also found no fresh juices only squash.

the bed was very big and really comfortable. the toiletries smelled really nice. the room has a spacious wardrobe. i asked for some ice and lemon for my coke and this request did not pass unnoticed.
free shuttle service to and from the airport was not easy to use , because instructions given did not meet the reality. staff was not helpful in the mornings when i needed to fix the shuttle.

the hotel is conveniently located near a frequent rail service into brussels. i found it provided easy access to the city center and other attractions. the proximity to transportation was definitely a benefit.
the hotel offered a convenient shuttle service to the airport. my room was spacious and modern. breakfast had a good variety of options.
