the excellence were a sweet surprise. amenities included a spacious breakfast room. our room included a separate toilet, a fully-tiled walk-in shower room, it had both hand-held and stationary shower heads, there were nice towels. the bed had 4 pillows, and perfect-weight duvets.

underground parking had no road marking. this made it difficult to find a space. i spent too long trying to find a parking.

The gym WASN'T well-kept. I saw the water fountain but no cups nearby. I also found that the free shuttle service to and from the airport was complicated. The instructions WERE incorrect. Staff didn't really help when I asked about the shuttle one morning.

the bed was very big and really comfortable. the toiletries smelled really nice. the room has a spacious wardrobe. i asked for some ice and lemon for my coke and this request did not pass unnoticed.

free shuttle service to and from the airport was not easy to use , because instructions given did not meet the reality. staff was not helpful in the mornings when i needed to fix the shuttle.
