I found the room quite spacious. the hotel offered a lovely river view!). breakfast had endless choices. The staff catered to my needs, really nice.
I found limited spaces in the underground car park. It also felt a little dark. speaking to reception helped, but the initial parking experience was not ideal.

The hotel featured fresh flowers. Their fragrance filled the air. A roaring fire in reception felt cute. A large bedroom overlooked the river and included comfortable furniture, we loved it. The sunrise views were fabulous.
The underground parking was quite dark. It felt dangerous.

My room was super clean and thoughtfully arranged, which i so appreciated. the staff were very accommodating regarding my dietary needs. What a relief! dinner featured a river view, illuminated by candlelight. reception and the servers were excellent, very professional indeed.

the hotel provides newspapers , so thoughtful. my family room was quite large. we had individual rooms with very comfortable beds, a real plus when traveling with children. the modern facilities made everything easy.

The room felt outdated, and the furniture looked quite worn. the noise from the street at night made sleep difficult. i also found the parking situation quite stressful. It was dimly lit and spaces were hard to find.

the staff members were very friendly and supportive. i was given a parking voucher nearby because of possible storm damage. the room was a good size with a very comfortable bed. i also found the hot water to be excellent.
