The prosecco and historical talk each night were a treat. staff made sure we felt welcome. the location was perfect for exploring. The hotel offered easy access. dinner was also great, I thought.

i noticed a cigarette smoke smell near the entrance. it seemed to drift into the lobby, despite the no smoking sign. this was a bit bothersome as i entered.

the rooms were clean. they also had laundry service, which i used. the road to the hotel was fairly easy to navigate. the staff were friendly.

our room was not good. we booked a room with a garden view, but we received a room at the back with no view. the bed was rickety. it was noisy every time i moved.
